Our Club
‘Our Club’ is privately run and has been at our current premises since 1936. It is managed by an executive committee elected to represent its members at the annual AGM where membership fees, by laws and constitutional changes may be discussed
The committee is entrusted with the smooth running of the club and to ensure the club meets all its operational requirements.
Currently the club is in the process of preparing an application for clubmark, who audit clubs to ensure they are to a ‘fit for purpose’ standards and managed operation.
The club supports a chosen local charity each year through various events and donations.
The club is Affiliated to Bowls England and Hertfordshire Bowls
