Thursday 20th August

Thanks to all who helped in some way to make our annual Ladies Gala Day another great success raising £1,300. It looked great on arrival with all the gazebos and bunting, courtesy of Alan and his team. Our ladies, too many to be named, worked non-stop throughout the day preparing food, selling raffle tickets, making endless cups of tea and perpetually washing up. Jon and Barry worked out the scores and Larry, Kiri and Ray managed the bar. Not visible but essential are the team who look after the green. Thank you all.
