Ladies v Gents
Hoddesdon Bowls Club held its much-loved annual Ladies vs Gents competition, a highlight of the club’s social and competitive calendar. The day brought together members from both sides for a friendly yet fiercely contested match, full of skill, laughter, and plenty of good-natured rivalry.
The games were closely fought throughout, with both teams showing great determination and teamwork. After an exciting day on the greens, it was the Gents who claimed victory — but not without a real challenge from the Ladies, who pushed them all the way.
It was a thoroughly enjoyable occasion for everyone involved, reminding us once again what makes the club such a great place to play, compete, and socialise. Roll on next year’s rematch!
