Members can enjoy participating in up to three indoor sessions a week of Short Mat and/or Carpet Bowls played in the clubhouse during the period October to April.

Outdoor Season Opening Drive
Saturday 19th April 2025
This is a fun afternoon club event to kick off the new season. All club full playing members are welcome to come along.
Friendly game, played away at Datchworth
Saturday 26th April 2025
3 mixed triples. This first match of the season is always very popular, giving members a chance to get back into the swing of lawn bowls with so many friendly and competitive fixtures scheduled for the coming months.
Open Day/Bring A Friend 2-5pm and Mobile Bowls Shop 12-4pm
Sunday 27th April 2025
This is great opportunity for members to bring friends and family to the club to try lawn bowls in a relaxed atmosphere, so they can discover more about the club and all it offers.
The Potters Mobile Bowls Shop gives players who are thinking of buying a new set of bowls the opportunity to discuss and try new bowls (subject to stock availability) on our green without the commitment to buy, and to purchase other bowls accessories they may need.

Finals Weekend
Friday 5th September and Saturday 6th September 2025
A whole day of Finals competition matches. Altogether 12 Final competition matches will be played. These will include singles, pairs, triples, men's, ladies, mixed competitions. A great day for those playing and spectating. Always a great day!
